Benjamin Iskhakov is the CEO of Healthcare Global Solutions, a company that provides medium to large-sized urgent care with global management solutions. As CEO, Benjamin Iskhakov was responsible for a significant part of the company’s operations, such as revenue cycle management, marketing campaigns, credentialing, customization, and implementation.
Before starting in the healthcare industry, Benjamin Iskhakov worked as a contract attorney at prominent New York law firms, including Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP. There, he contributed to healthcare compliance, litigation support, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He developed expertise in insurance defense, financial documentation review, and partnership issues.
In addition to his healthcare enterprise, Mr. Iskhakov co-founded and served as managing partner of The Behringer Group, an M&A advisory firm specializing in lower-middle market companies. With a transaction portfolio exceeding $200 million, the firm provided services such as acquisition financing, deal structuring, and business optimization strategies. He also held a Vice President role at AAA Funding Corporation, where he raised capital for commercial real estate and M&A projects.
